Directions:
All the re:cv:ry 30ml bottles contain approximately 600 sprays per bottle. re:cv:ry would recommend as with any food supplement to start with a lower dosage of. CBD (3 sprays) up to 3 times per day and increase if required.  1000mg Bottled: 5mg per 3 sprays.
